Initital Assessment

This first session allows me to build a clear clinical picture of where your knee is right now. We look at your pain, your movement, your strength, your confidence in the knee, and what you are trying to get back to. We also have an honest conversation about any concerns or worries you have around your knee, and why things may not be improving.

 

From this assessment, we will talk openly about what you need next. For some people, that is a longer-term plan. For others, it may be further investigation or a different intervention at this stage. You will never be pushed into something that does not make sense for you.

Your Hybrid Model Programme

A HYBRID model programme delivered through an easy-to-follow app, including exercises with specific instructions included to make lasting change.

✅ Fully personalised rehab blocks based on your pain, movement, strength, capacity, and goals

✅ Exercises selected specifically for what your knee and surrounding areas need right now.

✅ Functional movements designed to rebuild stability and trust in your knee

✅ Ongoing review and support via my app and WhatsApp to keep you moving in the right direction

✅ Re-assessment and biomechanical or strength check-ins online or in person as needed

 

This is about steady progress, not rushing or forcing things before your knee is ready.

This Programme Is Not...​

❌ This is not a copy and paste plan. Knee injury rehab is rarely linear. Progress often requires small adjustments along the way, based on how your knee is responding week to week.

❌ This is not a basic exercise printout. Your week will be structured with clear sessions differing throughout the week, with important sets, reps, all tailored to your knee.

❌ This is not a dump and leave you approach. Long term injuries need accountability and review to create lasting change. That does not mean you need to come into the clinic every few weeks unless you want to. We track progress as you go, but in person reviews can absolutely be arranged if that feels right for you.

Ongoing Programming, Follow Ups and Support

If ongoing support is appropriate, longer-term package options can be discussed after your initial assessment.

Everyone is different. Some people need just one session to get clarity and move forward, while others benefit from structured, progressive support to rebuild confidence, capacity, and return to their desired goals safely.

Insurance 

I also accept some Insurance companies. When you enquire, please let me know the name of your insurance company, and we can discuss whether this is possible.

This hybrid approach gives you the structure, support and adaptability most people never get from traditional physio alone, while still using in-person sessions when they genuinely add value.

This means more reliable progress, less guesswork between sessions, and a rehab plan that stays aligned with your recovery.
